Not good. Only thing that has been resolved is that they want to give me my warranty money back.

Service and quality

Motors on both sides of our sofa went out.. after 1 year! 6 months later still not fixed. They don't return phone calls.. all we get is runaround answers if we can get someone on the phone.

Very unhappy with our purchase & worthless extended warranty

Purchased a Natuzzi sectional & extended warranty 3/20. It's breaking down & finally had to have them out to repair the cushions 11/21. The calls for the repair started in 8/21. they had to come out twice to repair 1 cushion. Now we are trying to get the others repaired & getting the run around. At the prices they charge & buying the extended warranty, you wouldn't think it would be that hard, silly us. 6-7k for less than a 1 1/2 yrs, that's beyond crazy. no one takes pride in what they do or sell, it's a shame. Terrible Experience - Sarasota Store

Our lift coffee table has been broken for several months and after a Baer tech came to our house and told us he had to order a part and that the brackets need to be adjusted, nothing has happened. When I call, they tell me the part hasn't been ordered, but "they will order it now". The last person asked me to take pictures of the problem..really..after you had a man here

User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company....they don't care about you after they get your money.

No furniture, no refund

Ordered a custom sofa 4 months ago. Still no sofa. MAY be shipped a month from now. Have paid for it in full. Do not offer to give money back, discount, saying sorry, NOTHING!!

My husband and I purchased a bedroom set we refused the first delivery because the head board was damaged. Next delivery they didnt bring the footboard so they had to take the headboard again next delivery the headboard with a different damage. However that was noticed after they left. Called customer service we get put on hold for over 30 mns. They are also very rude. Itsa back and forth Im still with the damaged headboard. I paid over $6000.00 for the set.

Mattress sagging and not sleepable

Fast furniture came out with a technician, never sat or laid down on bed, that mattress sucks and is sinking, HAVE NOT heard back from Baer's, hopefully they will work to take this one back...........We have a total of 71 nights in condo in 10 months............Mr.Hopper

Cannot get a simple sale right at their prices... back to rooms to go.. at least they are honest and deliver on time at good prices

never delivered on time after paying top dollar and waited 8 weeks for wrong color chair and attitude from salespeople, one chair cannot get right, wayfair much bettergo

Find any other furniture store to do business with!

We purchased two power recliners and a power reclining sofa for a total of $7,600.00. We were told by the salesperson, (Izbella) that batteries operated the recliner mechanism. We assumed they were included but were later informed they were not. I asked two things-how many we would need for the sofa and how much the batteries cost. Izabella said she would find out and get back to us the next day. Three days later we still had not heard anything, so we called and asked to speak to her. We were told that she was off the entire week for Christmas. When she finally did contact us she told us we needed two battery packs and the price was $189.00 +tax. We ordered them on 12/31/2019 and were told they would be delivered to the store in 8 weeks. Eight weeks went by and no word, so I called customer service and was informed the batteries had shipped and were at the store. I then called the store to make arrangements to pick up the batteries at which time I was told they only one. The other was lost but they were looking for it. After a week and several more phone calls we spoke with the manager-Kent Haas. He told us the battery was located in the Naples warehouse, and they would deliver it to us the following Tuesday. I said just hang on to both of them and I would pick them up. Tuesday came and went without any word, so I called again and spoke with Kent. He informed me that company (Motioncraft), never sent it-but he was having it sent on a "hot rush" -whatever that means . Meanwhile, I pick up the one battery and connected to the sofa. Come to find out it only requires one battery to operate both sides of the sofa. So I called again and tried to cancel the other one. The office worker said I should speak to Kent, but he was busy ,so he would call me back. He didn't- what a shock! We finally got in touch with him the following Monday and were able to cancel the order and are awaiting credit on our card. Also, I was able to locate and speak to the manufacturer of the batteries and I asked if I could order directly from them. They said sure and the price was $99.00 each. So if anyone reads all this and would like to bypass the middle man the company is RAFFEL Systems. (888) 987-****, www.raffel.com. Save yourself the hassle-shop elsewhere!

Do not buy there

It took 5 deliveries to get it right!! Make sure you inspect your furniture on day of delivery! Also, when they sent a repair person he had NO clue what he has doing!! He put cardboard under one leg on my credenza, not realizing it had adjustable legs!!

Do not buy there

I spent a lot of money at Bear's Furniture and I had nothing but problems! Natuzzi Leather couches, one had to be exchanged because of flaws. Dining Room Table has a dark spot on it and 1 Chair needed to be replaced the other five chairs all needed paint touchups. Coastal Living Credenza had to be exchanged 4 times and still not 100%. When I asked to have the Manager "Kent" call me, he did not take the time to call me back!! The only Person that showed sincere concern about all this was Mickey! She provided excellent customer service!! Maybe Kent needs some training in that!!

Extremely poor customer service

We purchased a Natuzzi leather sofa and recliner chair in July from the Stuart, Florida store. I was so happy that we finally found exactly what we were looking for there at Baers, and couldn’t wait to get it home and set up. Well... within 2 months of delivery, the motor went out on the recliner, and we had also noticed a cut in the leather on the chair cushion. We called the store with our concerns, and they said they would order a new piece of leather, and have their repairman come out to fix the cut in the leather as well as the motor to make the recliner work again. I questioned the fact that we have only owned the furniture for less than 2 months, AND we had also purchased the extended warranty (that was $300 wasted, btw) Baers continues to refer me to Natuzzi, they were very good at passing me along with my concern and complaints. We had only had this furniture for less than 2 months, and were very frustrated by the fact that they (Baers) would not just replace the recliner chair. The cut in the leather is what we would say had occurred during the removal of the protective covering upon delivery. It was not noticed upon delivery, but with wear from sitting in the chair, it made itself noticeable. If we had noticed this cut upon delivery,I would clearly not have accepted the chair, and Baers would have had to replace it with a new one. The fact that this was noticed a bit later, Baers is easily washing their hands of replacing it. So.... after reluctantly agreeing with the furniture repair dept to come out and repair the leather and motor (because we were getting nowhere with Baers customer service)...We are even more disappointed with the outcome. The leather repair looks horrible!! This is our first purchase from Baers, and I cannot express how very unhappy we are with them. Baers has shown us very very poor customer service. Very poor. With us being so disappointed with this outcome, I called the store to ask their return policy, for we are very unhappy with this outcome. They told me that we could bring it back, but we would have to pay a restocking fee. A restocking fee. Are you kidding me?? This is very poor customer service. Is there someone from Baers corporate that could contact me? I would just like to express my concerns and frustrations with this whole situation.
