They called and told us to buy another mattress. Will never shop Baers again

We ordered a 3 thousand dollar mattress and ordered whast we thought we haf a cali king but was really a king. I called after delivery and let them know we received wronh mattress and our salesperson Gini said no problem call customer service Monday and they can exchange it out.

Well i left message with customer service supervisor and she called back and first words out of her rude mouth was tgats your problem tgere is nothing we can do. Wow we spent iver 12k in that store within a year. They dont CARE! We left a message with David Baer and never received a call back.

They certainly do not care about making it right for the customer. They will lose a lot of business as tgeir port charlotte store is never busy now we know why. Do not shop here. We had a terrible experience buying furniture the first time when they delivered it so damaged it was falling apart.

We are done. Shop elsewhere they dont care about their customers only the profit they make off you. Baers has gone way down over the years since their kids took over.

Stay away go to another furniture store. They lie to you and promise things that never happen and once you get delivery they dont want to know you

Update! Baers exchanged our mattress for the correct size.
