We also purchased a couch that was delivered with a bent frame.They sent a 3rd party out to review it, they also agreed it could not be repaired, took pictures and called the office.

Office then stated the 3rd party review would need to be reviewed. After several phone calls and going back to the store three times we still haven't received any satisfaction. We have asked for a refund since we rejected this furniture within the first 24 hours. No one calls back and the women at the store just say its out for review.

Never, never purchase anything from this store, they have no idea what professional customer service is and I would imagine the founder of the company would be turning circles if he knew how his family is running this company. So sad in this day and age.

Read the many reviews on line, we have also contacted the BBB and the credit card company.(The 3rd party group they sent to the house said this happens all the time)

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of zero customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of couch and associated monetary loss in the amount of $3600. Baers Furniture needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
