Bought a natuzzi furniture, when it was delivered the sofa was damage

I do not recommend this company, horrible service and they do not want to fix it or replace it,

I got this damage at first and they do not found a solution, the worst part is that they fixed with a tape

I want my new sofa for the price I paid
