I will never again but any furniture from this company. We have order a bedroom set, buffet set , coffee table 2 end tables . We had changed our mind on the coffee table because the height that was too high. So intern we wanted to exchange for another coffee table and buy another coffee table and buy and extra end table. So the money difference would've been that we even owed them more money . Just remember now we still have a week to 10 days... Read more

Five months ago bought living room including a off white coffee table. Started noticing pure white spots appearing on top. Called Baer's, sent a man who took pictures and then did not hear back. Called and they revued pics and said it was oe fault, that we used Windex all purpose cleaner. They offered to sell us a new top for table. That was final offer from management. Would not buy again or refer anyone to there stores. Read more

Spent close to 40K so far. Have a piece that needs replaced that was delivered. Not getting any action from these people. I am really pissed off

After many years of searching for the right dining set we settled on Bernhard. Very pleased with the table and beautiful leather chairs.We rarely used this set because we have another one we use daily next to kitchen. We have probably sat on the chairs only 10 times when I noticed all the leather peeling on the chairs. Please make sure your furniture does not break.Bear's only can accomodate you Monday thru Friday 8 to 5.That is if they call you back to schefule or show up to the appointment.

We get Elba, a furnishing consultant, after she visited our home, and we all, expend time working on the plan to find the pieces of furniture, we paid thousand of dollars and was waiting until we decided to call the store. I purchased a Paula Deen bedroom set from Baer's in Winter Garden, FL. When it was delivered I noticed a very strong smell in the drawers. I called our salesperson and never received a call back. It has been 6 months and they still smell terrible. All of my clothes smell bad from being in the drawers. My point is, that they didn't have the courtesy to call me back.
