Bought a 2 piece leather sofa and the metal piece that is supposed to hold them together doesn't I need someone to come out and screw the metal pieces into the sofa corrrctly so that they don't keep coming apart. Please call me at (561) 307-****

First delivery was late and damaged. Second was infested with bugs. Wanted a different brand for all the inconveniences, just not for list price. It was more expensive piece. They said we would ask management but it was all lies. Communication is horrendous. No one returns call after you buy. They wanted nothing to do with me. Barely got my money back. Had expenses of my own getting rid of bugs. My son is on the floor now. Youve been warned.

I bought a floor leather sofa and I was told and expected that I would receive that exact white leather sofa. We picked up the sofa that they had wrapped with plastic, and when we got home and took off the plastic wrap we saw that there was a 3 inch leather flaw that looked like it had been repaired on the seat of the sofa that also had a different tag attached, than the sofa I had purchased.

I told the salesperson and the store manager, but they both lied and said it was the exact sofa.

I have the photos of the sofa on the floor at the store with no leather flaws and the tag, and then the different sofa they gave us that had a large leather flaw and a different tag. You can tell from the price on the receipt and the tag on the sofa I purchased, compared to the tag on the defective sofa delivered that they were switched.

I want to thank Baers for making my purchase right. I ordered a $2,000 3-pc wall unit floor model that arrived damaged Initially I was upset and disappointed. However after receiving a phone call from a great customer service rep, they were able to find another shelving unit that was not damaged. They delivery came yesterday and the gentlemen did a great job! Baers also waived the $149 delivery fee. At the end of the day I was very satisfied and would recommend Baers to my friends.

Incorrect delivery and unacceptable quality of Natuzzisofa

SBaers delivered a Natuzzi sofa and loveseat 7 times and still did not get a matching set. Finally accepted a small discount. Sofa has had quality problems that they have haphazardly tried to repair but they mostly delay and deny and it has been almost 2 years. Shameful treatment, next step is Florida Small Claims Court.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They did nothing to resolve it.

This is the way of businesses in South Florida.

I just will not shop there again. And whoever asks where I bought, I will say dont shop there!

I went to Baers and purchased a leather sofa, chair and credenza. Wonderful salesman.

Beautiful furniture. I was extremely satisfied. No problems. I went to pay.

I was told 25% down, the rest at delivery. I did not question it. I paid and left. Come to find out that you have to pay before delivery.

Not a problem. But their website is the problem. It is not setup correctly. But according to them its my phone.

I just bought a new home. All my purchases are online. No other issues with other sites, just theirs. So I have to actually drive there.

Im in a different city. When I move I will be rather busy. I dont think this is the way to treat people. I would have paid the full price upfront number 1.

Number 2, its their site thats the problem. You cant even shop properly on there. But to have the nerve to tell me its my area that is causing the issue is terrible customer service. I would never buy another piece from them if they were the last furniture store on earth!

I like dealing with people who make my life easier, not more difficult. And causing me more work when Im spending money is not wise. It is downright bad business and stupid in my opinion! And I havent even received anything yet!

Not a good way to start. And I would never recommend this store to anyone. The miscommunication was heard by me and my friend. I was even surprised but did not question it.

It made me quite happy. Maybe thats the deal. I dont lnow. I would have purchased regardless and thats the problem I have.

Now Im being put out and have to travel to the store again, nothing having to do with me!

So, yes, I think this is a bad business decision on their part! And I dont recommend bad business practices that are then said to be a miscommunication when that puts the customer out who is the one spending the money!

Damage furniture on delivery

I emailed the photos that I sent you upon receiving a copy of the receipt today, and again they said told me once we took it from the store, it was out problem. I assured Bob who I just spoke with that the sofa was switched with a different sofas with a repaired rip, and a different tag. He said he will look at the emails but said he remembered me from when I told them before and said it was the only sofa in the store. That was a lie.

Not working usb outlet

I purchased a recliner 3 weeks ago as a floor sample. I do under that when you make that type of purchase, they do not warranty the product. That to me is appalling. I just went to use the USB, and low and behold it doesn't work. To me this is false selling. I was told everything works and now I'm told there is nothing they can do for. Granted it was considered a floor sample but was told everything works. That to me is false selling. I am very disappointed that they are discarding my concerns. I will NEVER by from them again.

Stolen property

BEWARE! Furniture movers STOLE from my home!! Contacted police and store. All store could do was ask the FOUR movers if they stole anything, once they denied, there could be no further investigating. THESE FOUR MOVERS ARE STILL EMPLOYED. Still working for the company. God forbid they are around your children, or your valuables. BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE ALLOWING THESE WORKERS TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH THEM. Management did nothing!!! I dont want this happening to any other family.

To cancel a service call for 6/29

After spending $30,000 with Baers, we are very disappointed with our experience. 5 pieces were delivered damaged and the corrections weren't great. Our last issue is with a wall unit (costing $5340) was delivered with a dent and a warped door. Due to previous experience with Baers, we're afraid to release it for repair as it may come back to us with even more damage. Originally we were told (by your repair person) it would be replaced, now told it cannot be. We will NEVER deal with Baers again. So disappointing.

They have terrible customer service. You are told at sale that order can be cancelled, but to them that does not mean returning your deposit. You must re select at their store. Go to Matter Brothers. Great customer service at that store.

Salesperson was manipulative and the manager and customer service can be very rude.

I set my budget at $10,000 salesperson said we can work with that, soon it went to $12000 which I was okay with. Over the next several months I was requested to make cash payments which I thought were part of the budget.

After repeatedly questioning how are we on the budget and realizing that it was almost double I was told well you are at BAERS!!!

The manager as well as customer service have been of no help at all...! I have tried on multiple occasions to request information as to cash amounts paid directly to BAERS!

(Not the synchrony credit card)

They attempted to deliver special order bookcases and unfortunately they were not the right ones!

A rug that I ordered currently is beginning to fray and of course I'm having difficulty trying to talk to someone who can help me! And as far as customer support so far there has not been any, very sad...!

Bad customer service.

Purchased an $8,000 sectional sofa set about 2 years ago. One section was received damaged.

Had to wait about 2 months time past Baers knowing of damage for someone to come out to home, review and authorize replacement of sectional piece. It's now a years time after Baers told us they ordered a replacement from the factory but the really bad news is that although I call Baers customer service line, leave a message to return call with my name and number, I have not either gotten thru or received a return call for months time. About 2 months time ago I called the corporate office and got a Ms. Baers on the phone.

She told me she would look into the matter and get back to me. She never did and I call her about twide a week, phone not answered so I leave detailed message leaving my name and number.

Not once have I received a return call. Terrible situation, be warned!
