We purchased a $3500 sectional from Baer's last May and have had nothing but problems with it and with their service department! After waiting for two months for delivery, the problems began within a month - a sagging arm on one of the sections.

After MUCH hassle with the service department and another six weeks later, it was "repaired" and returned to us with popped pucker stitching and the motorized recliner no longer worked. It was replaced with a new section on Oct. 29th, but within a month the stitching on the seat popped.

Since our last complaint in November about the popped stitching, we are still waiting for a replacement part! We even purchased the additional service which the salesman assured us would "take care of anything that happens to it." What a waste of money!

Reason of review: Poor quality and poor service.

Monetary Loss: $3117.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Baers Furniture Cons: Customer service department, Service timetable, No return phone calls.
